摘要
通过铝电解过程中对阳极换极周期进行理论计算并结合生产试验,得出最佳换极周期,另外,通过对阳极炭块部分理化指标的优化,使用加厚炭块延长换极周期,减小残极率,确保电解生产达到降低阳极毛耗、减少工作量的目的,效益非常可观。
through the process of aluminum electrolysis anode exchange cycle was calculated and combined with the production test,the optimum exchange cycle,in addition,through the optimization on the part of the anode carbon block physicochemical index,using thicker carbon block extend exchange cycle,reduce scrap rate,to ensure the production of electrolytic anode gross consumption,reduce the purpose of reducing the workload,benefit is very considerable.
