摘要
金冠铜业公司2017年冷修加装了水淬烟气净化设备,在提高了水淬烟气脱硫效率的同时也增加了动力波循环液的酸浓,为保证水淬水呈碱性增大了液碱的加入量,随着水淬水的循环使用,无法外排的硫酸钠富集浓度越来越高,这也导致产出的冰铜附着了大量的硫酸钠,这样的冰铜粉进入吹炼炉后减弱氧气与颗粒的接触程度,严重影响炉况,恶化了烟气中物料的性质,最明显的结果就是锅炉结大块和冰铜喷嘴周围水套结焦严重。本文章主要讨论研究原料冰铜粉中硫酸钠对吹炼炉反应的影响和存在形态,以及针对目前问题所采取的解决方法。
The water quenching flue gas purification equipment was installed in the cold repair of golden crown copper company in 2017. It increased the efficiency of water quenching flue gas desulfurization and increased the acid concentration of the power wave circulating liquid. In order to ensure that the water quenching water was alkaline, the addition of liquid alkali was increased. With the recycling of water quenching water, the concentration of sodium sulfate which could not be discharged from outside was higher and higher, which also resulted in a large amount of copper attached to the output of copper. Sodium sulfate, such ice copper powder enters the blowing furnace, reduces the contact between oxygen and particles, seriously affects the state of the furnace and worsens the properties of the material in the flue gas. The most obvious result is the serious coking of the large block of boiler junction and the water jacket around the copper nozzle. This paper mainly discusses the influence of sodium sulfate in the raw material ice copper powder on the reaction of the blowing furnace and the existing form, and the solutions to the current problems.
