摘要
由于Al-Mg-Si-Cu系合金较于普通Al-Mg-Si合金化程度高,在半连续铸造中更容易产生裂纹等缺陷,成型较为困难,本文研究直径为310mm铸锭的半连续铸造工艺,结果表明:当熔炼控制温度在750℃~770℃之间,控制盘尾温度670℃~690℃之间,稳定铸造速度控制在35mm/min~45mm/min范围内,制品表面质量良好。
Due to Al - Mg - Si - Cu alloy than the ordinary Al - Mg - Si alloying degree is high, it is easier to produce in semicontinuous casting defects such as cracks, forming more difficult, in this paper, we study a diameter of 310 mm ingot of semi-continuous casting process, the results show that: when the temperature of the melting control between 750℃~770 ℃, and control the temperature between 670℃~690℃, stable casting speed control within the scope of the 35mm/min~45 mm/min, good surface quality of the products.
