摘要 电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)是近年来发展十分迅速的一种元素分析技术,其在地质样品痕量与超痕量元素测定中发挥着十分重要的作用。而金作为这一种贵重金属,其在各个领域都有非常重要的应用,但金在岩石矿物中的含量很低,地壳中的丰度仅为5×10^(-7)%,要想准确对其进行测定具有很大困难,必须要对地质样品进行有效的预处理。为了提高ICP-MS测定地质品样中痕量金的准确性,现就封闭王水溶解联合ICP-MS法测定地质样品中痕量金应用进行探讨,以供借鉴与参考。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is an element analysis technique which has developed rapidly in recent years. It plays a very important role in the determination of trace and ultra trace elements in geological samples. As a valuable metal, gold has very important applications in all fields, but the content of gold in rock minerals is very low and the abundance in the crust is only 5 × 10^-7%. It is very difficult to determine the accuracy of it. It is necessary to pretreat the geological samples effectively. In order to improve the accuracy of determination of trace gold in Geological Samples by ICP-MS, the application of trace gold in Geological Samples by closed water dissolution combined with ICP-MS method is discussed for reference and reference.
