摘要
本文以氧化铝溶出工序工艺流程优化为例,简单介绍氧化铝制备的流程,从预脱硅循环母液流程优化、高压溶出机组压煮器填充方式改变为例,选取两个方面介绍流程优化后对溶出工艺、降本增效及产量的影响。为后续氧化铝溶出流程工艺的优化、节能降耗、产量提高提供借鉴。
In this paper, the dissolving process optimization process as an example, introduces the alumina preparation process, from pre desilication of mother liquor circulation process optimization, high pressure digestion autoclave filling mode change unit as an example, from two aspects of the process optimization after the dissolution process, lowering the efficiency and yield. It provides a reference for the optimization of the process of the subsequent alumina dissolution process, the energy saving and the increase of the output.
