氧化铝种子分解是氧化铝企业生产中一个重要的工序,它直接影响着氧化铝产量、质量以及电耗、汽耗等重点成本指标。如何强化分解过程,提高分解率,一直是氧化铝企业重要操作和研究课题。通过保障一定条件调整铝酸钠溶液温度,做出铝酸钠溶液分解过程试验,根据试验分析和生产实践,总结出分解温度制度在铝酸钠溶液分解过程中的作用,为氧化铝生产的分解操作提供借鉴。
