摘要
随着PLC可编程逻辑控制器在工业生产中的广泛应用,PLC电路维修已逐渐成为工厂电工必备的一门技能,当PLC电路受到环境中的高温、粉尘,震动等因素影响发生故障,维修时就要从PLC的工作原理出发运用多种方法查找故障,本文从实际出发分析探讨PLC电路故障分析及检修方法,以期达到交流提高作用。
with the extensive application of PLC programmable logic controller in industrial production, the maintenance of PLC circuit has gradually become a necessary skill for the electricians of the factory. When the PLC circuit is affected by the factors such as high temperature, dust, and vibration in the environment, the maintenance of the circuit should be based on the working principle of PLC to find out a variety of methods. Barrier, from the reality, this paper analyzes and discusses the PLC circuit fault analysis and maintenance methods, so as to achieve the role of communication improvement.
