When the PLC circuit is affected by the factors such as high temperature, dust, and vibration in the environment, the maintenance of the circuit should be based on the working principle of PLC to find out a variety of methods. Barrier, from the reality, this paper analyzes and discusses the PLC circuit fault analysis and maintenance methods, so as to achieve the role of communication improvement.
