摘要
在复杂地层中的地下连续墙施工,泥浆参数的设定是影响成槽质量的重要因素之一。实际施工中经过不同泥浆配合比的统计分析,总结出了泥浆配合比与连续墙成槽质量关系,确定了适合该地层的最优泥浆配合比参数。指出在深厚粉砂地层中进行泥浆护壁施工连续墙,泥浆粘度在合理范围内增加,充盈系数减小,塌孔现象减少。
The enactment of underground diaphragm wall's mud parameters in complex layer is one of the important factors to affect the quality of slotting. After statistical analyzing different ratio of mud in the process of construction,it comes to the relationship between the ratio of mud and the quality of slotting the underground diaphragm wall,and makes the optimal mud parameters of the layer. It found that constructing the underground diaphragm wall in deep silt sand layer with slurry wall protection,when mud viscosity increases in a reasonable range,the filling coefficient and hole collapsing will decrease.
