摘要
从"寂"字的字形、字义入手,结合中国历史上道家、佛教、儒家、文学等方面对"寂"概念的探讨与理解,将"寂"的含义总结为三个层次:"物"的寂灭、"我"的寂灭、"物我"皆寂,并通过园林中的实例探讨营造"寂"氛围的方法。
Starting from the shape and meaning of the Chinese character ＂Ji＂,and combining its meaning in Taoism,Buddhism,Confucianism and literature,divides the meaning of ＂Ji＂ into three levels： Quiet of＂Me＂,Quite of＂other＂,Quite of both ＂me＂ and ＂other＂. And discuss how to pursue ＂Ji＂ in garden planning.
