依据相关土建安全建设理论,并借鉴相关工程项目的实践经验,首先从土建结构工程的安全性特征出发,提出土建工程结构上的耐久性建设;然后对土建工程实践中的主要影响因素进行分析,得出提高土建结构工程安全和耐久性的主要办法,对施工措施加以优化和改善,进而提高工程质量。
