摘要
随着建筑行业的快速发展,施工项目的复杂化,在施工现场体现出工种分散及作业环境差异较大、各种事故易发的特点,为了解决施工现场中出现的种种问题,主要论述了施工现场管理的重要性、施工现场管理的主要内容,最后有针对性地提出了优化建筑施工现场管理的几点措施,旨在为建筑现场施工人员提供一定的参考。
Along with the speedy development in the architectural industry and the complexity of the construction programs,the paper indicates the construction sites are featured with the loose types of work,big differences in working environments,and vulnerability to all kinds of accidents,mainly indicates the importance of the construction site management and main contents for the construction site management in order to solve the problems in the construction sites,and points out the measures to optimize the architectural construction sites,so as to provide some reference for the construction personnel in architectural sites.
