摘要
通过对石灰窑渣的产生条件进行分类,并对其化学成分进行分析,根据分析结果确定其在生料配料中的适用性,利用其高硅或高铝含量的特性,用于生产普通硅酸盐水泥熟料、中热硅酸盐水泥熟料、低热硅酸盐水泥熟料的研究;通过活性分析,利用其高活性的特点,确定其在水泥生产中作为混合材添加的可行性,从而实现石灰窑渣的综合利用。
The lime kiln slag was classified by creation conditions, its chemical component was analyzed, and its applicability in raw meal proportioning was confirmed. For its high silica and high aluminum content character, lime kiln slag could produce ordinary Portland cement clinker, moderate heat Portland cement clinker and low heat Portland cement clinker. By means of activity analysis, it was ensured that lime kiln slag could be used as admixture in cement production for its high activity character, and realize comprehensive utilization of lime kiln slag.
