摘要
研究了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铬渣中钙、镁、铁、铝的分析方法。试样用硝酸钾、氢氧化钠熔融,水浸后硫酸酸化,进行测定,测定值的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)为0.68%~1.99%,加标回收率在97.3%~101.8%之间,实现了铬渣样品中钙、镁、铁、铝元素的快速准确测定。
This paper introduces a method to analysis the content of calcium,magnesium, iron and aluminum in Chromium slag by ICP-AES. The sample is melted with potassium nitrate and sodium hydroxide. After water leaching, the acid is acidified, and the test is carried out. The relative standard deviation is 0.68% - 1.99% and recovery ratio is up to 97.3% - 101.8%. The rapid and accurate determination of calcium, magnesium, iron and aluminum in the samples of chromium residue has been realized.
