X射线荧光光谱法测定固废样品各元素试验研究

摘要 介绍了利用X射线荧光光谱法研究除尘灰、瓦斯灰等固废物料中各元素的试验方法,主要采用熔融玻璃片法进行样品制备以消除粒度效应,加入三氧化二钴作为测定铁元素的内标物质,选择铁的Kβ线为分析线,以钴的Kα线为全铁的内标线绘制TFe的工作曲线,其余元素选用Kα线作为分析线,直接以含量和x射线的强度分别为横、纵坐标绘制工作曲线,分析结果的精密度和准确度符合标准要求。 This paper introduces the test method for each element using X ray fluorescence spectroscopy study of dust, ash and other solid waste gas in the material, mainly by melting glass sample preparation method to eliminate the effect of particle size, adding three oxidation two cobalt iron determination as internal standard substance, K beta iron lines for analysis line to line K alpha cobalt as the working curve of total iron line drawing TFe, other elements with K alpha line of directly to the content and X ray intensity were horizontal and vertical coordinates to draw the curve, analysis of the accuracy and precision of the standard requirements.
