摘要
喷吹煤粉是现代高炉降低冶炼成本必不可少的途径,通过对宣钢2#高炉(2500m3)生产数据的整理,计算出喷吹煤粉的置换比,回归得到置换比与喷煤比的关系式,推算当前条件下该高炉的经济喷煤量。具体的操作条件下,高炉对应一定范围的经济喷煤量,再通过分析煤比与炉身效率情况,经济煤比可通过技术创新进一步提高。
Blast Furnace Coal Injection was a essential way of low smelting cost. A new concept on limit of injected coal and the replacement ratio was proposed this article. Regression equation between the replacement ratio and injected coal ratio was obtained by the data organization from No.2BF of Xuansteel and the Coal injection quantity of current conditions can be lauched. The higher pulverized coal injection quality ,the more evident for effect, but the replacement ratio will be decreased. Through the analysis of the coal ratio and efficiency of the blast furnace shaft, economic coal ratio has been further improved.
