铝合金圆铸锭整体水箱工具的设计与工艺研究

介绍了铝合金圆铸锭结晶器、整体水箱的设计与加工，包括盖板材质、水孔尺寸及分布，过渡水框作用及连接方式、结晶器材质及尺寸等。并将该成型工具应用于6A02铝合金φ405mm铸锭的铸造，对铸锭质量进行了分析，对比了一体式结晶器与老式普通模结晶器对铸锭质量的影响。

And the casting molding tools used in 6A02 with 405mm Aluminum Alloy ingot, the quality of ingot were analyzed, compared the integral mould with ordinary mold on quality.
