成核剂对煤基聚丙烯性能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of nucleating agent on properties of coal-based polypropylene

摘要 在挤出机螺杆转速为350 r/min,筒体温度为190~210℃的条件下,选用庚二酸钙类成核剂(成核剂1)和苯环羧酸铝类成核剂(成核剂2)对聚丙烯(牌号为1103 K)进行了改性。结果表明:成核剂的加入可提高试样的结晶温度和结晶度。成核剂1对试样具有很好的增韧效果,当添加量为1 250×10^(-6)时,试样冲击强度提高了81.2%,断裂强度提高了7.2%,其他物理机械性能变化不大。成核剂2能够有效改善试样的拉伸性能和弯曲性能,但是冲击强度有所下降;当添加量为750×10^(-6)时,与未添加者相比,屈服强度、断裂强度、弹性应力、弯曲强度和弯曲应力依次提高了11.7%,9.8%,23.2%,24.2%,32.9%,此时各项性能的综合效果最好。 The polypropylene ( mark 1103 K) was modified by calcium pimelate nucleating agent (nu-cleating agent 1 )and benzene ring carboxylic acid aluminum nucleating agent (nucleating agent 2)at screw speed of 350 r/min and cylinder temperature of 190 - 210℃. The results showed that the crystallization temperature and crystallinity of the sample was increased by adding nucleating agent. The nucleating agent 1 had a good toughening effect for the sample, the impact strength and break strength increased by 81.2% and 7.2% respectively at addi- tive amount 1 250×10^-6, and other physical mechanical properties changed little. The nucleating agent 2 improved the tensile and bending properties of samples effectively, but the impact strength decreased; at additive amount 750×10^-6, the yield strength, break strength, tensile modulus, flexural strength and flexural modulus, being compared with those of samples without additive, increased by 11.7%,9.8%,23.2%,24.2% and 32.9% respectively, indicating that the comprehensive properties were the best.
