催化裂化汽油硫醇醚化催化剂性能评价 被引量:2

Performance evaluation of catalytic cracking gasoline mercaptan etherification catalyst

摘要 采用等体积浸渍法,以水热改性氢氧化铝为载体,乙酸镍和七钼酸铵为活性组分,在120℃下干燥4 h,然后在马弗炉中于550℃下焙烧4 h,可制备预加氢硫醇醚化催化剂。在反应温度为100℃,反应压力为2.4 MPa,氢气/原料油(体积比)为7,液体体积空速为3.0 h-1的最佳条件下,以全馏分催化裂化(FCC)汽油为原料,对制备的预加氢硫醇醚化催化剂性能进行了评价。结果表明:FCC汽油的硫醇脱除率为97%,双烯脱除率为95%,研究法辛烷值提高了0.35个单位,烯烃减少体积分数为3.41%,预加氢前后汽油含总硫量基本不变。 The prehydrotreated mercaptan etherifi- cation catalyst was prepared by the volume impreg- nation method with hydrothermal modified aluminum hydroxide as carrier, nickel acetate and ammonium heptamolybdate as active components at 120℃ drying for 4 h,and then at 550℃ roasting for 4 h in a muffle furnace. The performance of prepared pre-hydrotreated mercaptan etherification catalyst was evaluated with full fraction catalytic cracking(FCC) gasoline as raw material at the optimum conditions of reaction temperature 100℃ , reaction pressure 2.4 MPa, hydrogen to oil (volume ratio) 7,liquid volume velocity 3 h^-1. The results showed that the removal rate of mercaptan in FCC gasoline was 97% ,dienes removal rate was 95% ,research octane number increased by 0.35 units,and the total sulfur content of FCC gasoline was essentially constant before and after prehydrotreatment.
