摘要
以氧化铝为载体,Pd为活性组分,制备了碳四炔烃选择性加氢回收丁烯催化剂(牌号为PEC-41)。在100 m L绝热评价装置上,对该催化剂长周期使用性能进行了评价;同时,在3万t/a碳四炔烃加氢装置上实现了工业化应用。结果表明:该催化剂具有较好的加氢活性、选择性和稳定性。在碳四炔烃进料量为3 t/h,原料含乙烯基乙炔和丁二烯平均质量分数为25.23%,氢气压力为1.10~1.25 MPa,氢气平均流量为48.4 kg/h,反应器入口平均温度为36.7℃的条件下,随着装置运行时间的延长,加氢产物中平均含乙烯基乙炔和丁二烯量为1 790μg/g,催化剂床层温升为26.0~31.6℃,可满足炔烃加氢装置的设计要求。
The catalyst( brand PEC - 41 ) for bu- tylenes reclaimed by carbon four alkynes hydrogena- tion was prepared with alumina as support and Pd as active component. The long running properties of catalyst were evaluated in a 100 mL adiabatic fixed bed reactor. The industrialized application was carried out in a 30 kt/a carbon four alkynes hydrogenation unit. The results showed that the catalyst exhibited better hydrogenation activity, selectivity and stability. With the extension of running time in the unit, the average content of 1,3 -butadiene and vinyl acetylene in product was 1 790μg/g and temperature rise of catalyst bed 26.0 - 31.6℃ under the conditions of the average flow of carbon four al- kynes 3 t/h, average mass fraction of 1,3 - butadiene and vinyl acetylene 25.23%, H2 pressure 1.10 - 1.25 MPa, H2 average flow 48.4 kg/h, inlet average temperature of reactor 36.7℃. It could meet the design requirements of alkynes hydrogenation unit.
