摘要
在80万t/a催化裂化装置上,以加氢蜡油为原料,对LDO-75(D)催化裂化催化剂的工业应用进行了标定(总结标定),并与装置原使用的MAC催化裂化催化剂应用效果(空白标定)进行了对比。结果表明:与空白标定结果相比,使用LDO-75(D)催化剂后,总结标定的汽油、柴油、轻质油和总液体收率依次提高了1.74,1.98,3.72,1.25个百分点,液态烃和干气收率分别下降了2.47,1.55个百分点,转化率下降了2.28个百分点,达到了LDO-75(D)催化剂技术协议的要求;汽油烯烃体积分数提高了1.8个百分点,但是未达到技术协议要求。
The industrial trial application of LDO - 75 (D) catalytic cracking catalyst ( summa- rized demarcation) in an 800 kt/a catalytic cracking unit was demarcated and it was compared with the application of MAC catalyst (blank demarcation) with hydrogenated wax oil as raw material. The results showed that when compared with blank demarcation, after the application of LDO-75 (D) catalyst, the summarized demarcation yield of gasoline, diesel, light oil and the total liquid improved by 1.74, 1.98, 3.72 and 1.25 percent points respectively, liquid hydrocarbon and dry gas saw a respective decrease of 2.47 and 1.55 percent points, the conversion rate was down by 2.28 percent points, which could meet the requirements of technical agreement for LDO- 75 (D) catalyst; the volume fraction of olefin in gasoline improved by 1.8 per-cent points, and it failed to reach the requirements of technical agreement.
