摘要
目的了解慢性心力衰竭患者疲乏与抑郁的现状,并探讨两者间的相关关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、多维疲乏问卷、贝克抑郁量表第2版对110例心血管内科慢性心力衰竭患者进行调查。结果慢性心力衰竭患者疲乏得分是(69.00±6.80)分,抑郁得分是(12.92±6.27)分;疲乏总分及各维度与抑郁总分及各维度呈正相关,其中疲乏总分与抑郁总分、躯体化-情感与体力疲乏、认知水平与动力下降呈较强正相关(r=0.753、-0.742、0.704,P<0.001)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者疲乏得分处于偏高水平,疲乏总分与抑郁总分呈较强正相关,提示抑郁得分越高,疲乏程度越高。医务人员应重视患者的疲乏问题,积极采取干预措施,减轻患者抑郁,改善患者疲乏状况。
Objective To investigate the correlation of fatigue and depression with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 110 chronic heart failure patients were investigated by the Multi - dimensional Fatigue Inventory （MFI -20） and Beck Depression Inventory - II （ BDI - II）. Results The total scores of MFI - 20 and BDI - II of 110 chronic heart failure patients were 69. 00 ± 6. 80 and 12. 92 ± 6. 27, respectively. The level of fatigue and each dimension were positive- ly related with depression and each dimension. Among them, the total scores of fatigue and depression, somatic - affective factor and physical fatigue, cognitive factor and reduced motivation have strong positive correlation （ r = 0. 704 - 0. 753, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The level of fatigue of chronic heart failure patients is high. Fatigue of patients was positively related with their depression. Medical staff should pay attention to fatigue of patients, and take effective interventions to al- leviate depression and fatigue of patients.
