国家公园理论体系与研究现状述评

Review of the Theoretical System and Research Situation of National Parks

国家公园是国际上通行的自然资源与生态系统保护的有效制度与形式，也是开展相关科研与科普工作并为国民提供游憩机会的重要场所。国家公园建设涉及发展理念、功能定位与功能分区、管理体制与管理原则、法律体系和资源权属等重要理论层面及特许经营制度、收支与门票管理，以及志愿者、社区参与等关键问题。文章通过文献梳理，对国家公园理论体系及我国研究现状进行了评述，为我国生态文明战略指引下的国家公园建设提供理论借鉴和研究参考。

National Park is an international system and effective form of natural resources protection, environmental protection and ecosystem protection. It is also a place where researchers work on scientific research and science edu- cation, and it also provides the public with opportunities for leisure and recreation. The development and construc- tion of national parks＇ management system and operation mechanism includes the national parks＇ development con- cept, functional positioning and functional partition, management organization structure and management principles, legal system, resource ownership and many other important theories. It also involves the construction of franchise sys- tem, revenue and expenditure management, ticket management, volunteer service management, community partici- pation and many other key issues. Based on literature review, this paper commented on the theoretical system of na- tional parks and the current research situation in China, and provided theoretical reference for the construction of na- tional parks under the guidance of China＇s ecological civilization strategy.
