中国木材对外贸易依存度问题研究

Study on the Dependence of Foreign Trade of China’s Timber

文章通过对现有中国木材对外贸易依存度研究中的定义、算法、统计口径、数据来源进行归纳总结，提出了应用原木折算法测算木材资源供给进口依存度和木材消费净进口依存度的具体算法，确定了使用的原木当量系数及在纵向比较和横向比较中应用的林产品统计口径范围、数据来源。利用该算法的测算结果显示，2014年中国木材资源供给进口依存度和木材消费净进口依存度分别为39．98％和23．32％，2002-2014年均呈现先下降再上升的趋势，与世界主要林产品进口国相比较，均处于中等水平。

After analyzing the definitions, measuring methods, statistical caliber and data sources of the existing re- searches, this paper put forward the measuring methods of the import dependence of timber resources and the net import dependence of timber consumption by the log conversion method, defined the log conversion coefficient, the statistical caliber and the data sources in the longitudinal and horizontal comparison. Using this adjusted log conversion method, the calculation result showed that China＇ s import dependence of timber resources were 39.98% and China＇ s net import dependence of timber consumption were 23.32% in 2014, both of them showed the first declining and then rising trend from 2002 to 2014, both of them were at the medium level compared with the world＇ s major forest products importing countries.
