摘要
在碳交易市场背景下,以造纸企业为研究对象,基于提出的碳管理战略框架,对中国造纸上市公司2011-2016年在年报、社会责任报告和公司网站等披露的碳管理措施进行了分析。结果表明,我国造纸企业在生产经营过程中提高了对节能减排的重视,加强了对碳排放的管理,采用了四种碳管理战略:“谨慎减排”“外部探索”“内部强化”和“全面减排”,其中,大部分企业采取谨慎减排战略、很少的企业采取全面减排战略。研究还发现,不同碳管理战略类型的造纸企业在企业规模上有显著差异,但是碳管理战略与企业财务绩效之间的显著关系未得到证实。
Under the background of carbon trading market, taking papermaking enterprises as the research object, based on the proposed strategic framework of carbon management, this paper analyzed the carbon management measures disclosed by Chinese papermaking listed companies in annual reports, social responsibility reports and company websites in 2011-2016. The result showed that in the process of production and operation, Chinese pa- permaking enterprises were paying more and more attention to energy conservation and emission reduction and carbon management, adopting four carbon management strategies: "cautious emission reduction" "external explora- tion" "internal strengthening" and "all-round emission reduction", in which most enterprises adopt a cautious emission reduction strategy and few enterprises adopted an all-round emission reduction strategy. It was also found that papermaking enterprises of different strategic types had significant differences in company size, but a significant relationship between the carbon management strategies and enterprise financial performance was not confirmed.
