On Long-Term Mechanism of the Construction of the Party Conduct and of an Honest and Clean Government in Independent Colleges

党风廉政建设作为高校治理重要内容之一,在独立学院内部加强党风廉政建设既是全面从严治党的要求,也是高等教育反腐的要求,又是法人治理结构、规范发展的要求。搭建防控机制、完善管理制度、加强教育宣传、强化监督执纪是独立学院构建党风廉政长效机制的重要措施。

The construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government is one of the important contents for the governance of colleges and universities. Despite the relatively short history of independent colleges, enforcing internal rules and regulations and combating corruption and malfeasance are critical parts of college governance. They are also required for strengthening the party discipline, anti-corruption in higher education system, corporate governance via juridical entity, and normative development in independent colleges. The key components of enforcing internal rules and regulations and combating corruption and malfeasance include the establishment of a preventative mechanism, the improvement of the management system, the strengthening of the education program, and the reinforcing of the supervision practice.
