现阶段,"一带一路"作为重要的对外开放政策,是中国主动作为参与构建的国际经济合作共赢平台。不同于以往的合作平台,"一带一路"是由世界上最大的发展中国家主动倡议的,这一国际合作平台的提出,一方面是基于中国经济的性质与发展阶段;另一方面也是基于特殊的国际经济背景,具有历史必然性。"一带一路"的提出将推动经济全球化进程,引领全球化形成新的发展格局。同时,改革开放以来,中国经济实现了长时间、高速度的增长,在这一过程中,积累了诸多方面的发展经验。在新型全球化格局中,沿线的国家和地区可以借鉴中国发展过程中积累的工业化、基础设施建设、城镇化等方面的经验,获得经济发展的新思路与新契机。

The ＂Belt and Road initiave＂ is playing the role as one of the most important opening-up policies nowadays. It represents China＇s initiative to build a platform for international economic cooperation. Different from the previous cooperation platforms, the proposal of ＂Belt and Road initiave＂ is proposed by the largest developing country in the world. It is based not only on the nature and stage of China＇s economy, but also on the special international economic background. Therefore it corresponds the historical necessity. The ＂Belt and Road initiave＂ will promote the process of economic globalization, and lead to a new pattern of it. At the same time, because of the reform and opening policy, China has achieved a continuous, high-speed economic growth. In this process, China has accumulated developmental experiences in many aspects. Within the new globalization pattern, China will share the experiences including industrialization, infrastructure construction and urbanization with the ＂Belt and Road initiave＂ econo- mies, and provide them with new ideas and opportunities for their economic develop- ment and growth.
