摘要
农家乐和当地居民是乡村旅游发展的核心要素之一,农家乐经营者同时具有当地居民和旅游企业经营者的双重身份,其旅游影响感知对于乡村旅游开发及可持续发展都有重要意义,以袁家村为案例地,在文献分析的基础上通过问卷调查和半结构化访谈获取数据,利用因子分析等方法,研究乡村旅游地农家乐经营者的旅游影响感知。结果显示:1.通过因子分析可将旅游影响感知分为社会影响感知、经济影响感知和管理影响感知;2.经营者身份对经济影响感知具有显著差异,即本地居民餐饮经营状况略好于外来经营者,后者的住宿经营状况明显好于前者;3.性别、年龄、受教育程度对社会、经济、管理影响感知不存在显著差异,并且三个变量对社会影响感知的作用均不明显;4.经营时间长的经营者相对于经营时间短的经营者拥有更高的正面经济影响和管理影响感知,本地居民经营者相对于外来经营者经济影响感知和管理影响感知更强。
Agritainment and local residents are the core elements of the development of rural tourism,while agritainment operators have a dual identity,both the local residents and tourism business operators. Their perception of tourism impact plays a key role in the exploitation and sustainable development of rural tourism. By using the data obtained from previous studies,questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews as well as the method of factor analysis,this paper gives a case study of Yuanjia Village and analyzes its agritainment operators' perception of tourism impact in the rural tourist destinations. The results include the following:(1)By using the method of factor analysis,their perception of tourism impact can be divided into three types,that is,social impact,economic impact and management impact.(2)The identity of the operators has significant economic impact; in other words,the local residents' catering business is slightly better than the non-natives',while the non-natives' hotel business is apparently better than the locals'.(3)Gender,age and education level have little influence on their perception of social,economic,and management impact,while these three variables have no obvious relevancy to their perception of social impact.(4)The longer the operating time is,the stronger perception of positive economic impact and management impact is. The local operators' perception of economic impact and management impact is stronger than the non-natives'.
