非常国会迁滇时期的滇渝交通与社会状况——斯整《滇渝日记》概说

国会议员斯整,参与了1920年广州护法非常国会的迁滇活动,是亲历者之一。他逐日记述的《滇渝日记》,约16000字,从6月23日起至10月25日止。《滇渝日记》长期湮没无闻,可称稀见,对研究国会迁滇活动有一定的补充价值。书中对交通途程的记载,是云南对外交通史研究的宝贵资料;对交通沿线社会发展状况的记载,是西南区域社会史研究的重要资料。

Congressman Si Zheng went through the period when Guangzhou Special Congress for Constitutional Protection was moved to Yunnan in 1920. He kept a diary from June 23 rd to October 25 th in 1920,resulting in a 16,000-word book titled Diary in Yunnan and Chongqing. This book has been somewhat forgotten for a long time but it is still valuable for studying the activities of the Special Congress in this period. The record of the transport conditions of Yunnan at that time has great value for studying its interprovincial transport history,while the record of the social development along this transport line provides some valuable sociological information on southwestern China.
