摘要
基于火电厂汽水管道热胀位移异常的重要危害,总结了以往相关项目的原因分析及处理经验,归纳了可能影响热胀位移异常的主要因素;并结合管道应力计算分析进行了全面的危害性评估,建立了完整的汽水管道热胀位移异常评估及处理流程;最后进行了典型案例分析,为以后类似故障的处理提供参考。案例分析结果显示:管道支吊架实际工作载荷与实际需求载荷偏差较大,是引起大部分管道热胀位移异常的主要原因。
Based on the important hazards of the abnormal thermal expansion displacement of steam and water pipelines of thermal power plants,the cause analysis and the processing experience of previous related projects were analyzed and summarized,and the main factors that might affect the abnormal thermal expansion displacement were summed up.Combined with the pipeline stress calculation and analysis,a comprehensive hazard assessment was conducted,and a complete assessment and treatment flow of the abnormal thermal expansion displacement of steam and water pipelines was established.Finally typical case analysis was carried out to provide reference for the treatment of similar faults in the future.The case analysis results show that the large deviation between the actual working load and the actual required load of pipeline suspensions and supports was the main reason for the abnornal thermal expansion displacement of most pipelines.
