里氏硬度计工程应用的影响因素及实用性探讨 被引量:6

摘要 以里氏硬度计为研究对象,对其在工程应用中的影响因素及实用性方面进行了研究。结果表明:里氏硬度计ST(钢及铸钢)和SS(不锈钢及耐热钢)两种模式的试验结果差值很小,模式选择对实际工作影响不大;检测面经百叶轮打磨与抛光状态的里氏硬度试验结果差值很小,工件打磨状态亦不会对检验结果造成太大的影响;相比布氏硬度计,里氏硬度计的检测误差较大,现场硬度检验时,若条件允许,建议尽可能使用布氏硬度计。 With Leeb hardness tester as the research object,the influencing factors and practicality of Leeb hardness tester in engineering application were studied.The results show that there was little difference between the test results of the two modes of ST(steel and cast steel)mode and SS(stainless steel and heat-resisting steel)mode of Leeb hardness tester,and the mode selection had little effect on the actual work.The Leeb hardness test results also had little difference when the test surface was polished or ground by a flap disc,and the test surface state would not cause too much impact on the test results.Compared to Brinell hardness tester,the detection error of Leeb hardness tester was larger.So when the field hardness test is carried out,if possible,Brinell hardness tester is recommended to use.
