摘要
针对城市地铁区间穿越粉细砂地层注浆加固时的材料问题,研究改性水玻璃的凝胶时间、凝胶形态以及磷酸-水玻璃配比,最后据室内试验选择的材料配比进行现场注浆试验。研究表明:超细水泥改性水玻璃在粉细砂层扩散性好,操作简单,固结体强度能够达到成环效果,从而保证浅埋暗挖隧道安全贯通。
As to the material issues during grouting reinforcement when urban subway passes through siltyfine sand layer, this paper studied gelatin time of modified sodium silicate, gel morphology and ratio between phosphoric acid and sodium silicate. Finally, on-site grouting experiment was conducted based on material ratio selected by laboratory test. The research showed that the superfine cement modified sodium silicate had good diffusivity in silty-fine sand layer with simple operation and the strength of consolidating agent could achieve the cyclization effect so that shallow underground excavation of tunnel could be completed safely.
