摘要
晋蒙黄河大桥主桥跨径组合为(82.68+4×152+82.8)m+(82.8+3×152+82.72)m,最大承台长29.58 m,宽18.6 m,高5 m。根据理论计算结果,混凝土内表最大温差超过规定限值,须采取水化热温度控制措施以防止裂缝产生。介绍了大体积承台温度控制的方法,并分析了监测结果。在承台养护完成后,未发现任何裂纹,说明采取的措施是有效的。
The main spans of Jinmeng Yellow River Bridge are(82.68+4 ×152+82.8)m+(82.8+3 ×152+82.72)m with maximum length, width and height of bearing platform of 29.58 m, 18.6 m and 5 m respectively.According to the theoretical calculation result, the maximum temperature difference of concrete internal surface surpassed the stipulated limiting value, so the temperature control measures of hydration heat should be taken to prevent crack formation. This paper introduced the temperature control method of large-volume bearing platform and analyzed the monitoring results. After completing the curing of bearing platform, no crack was detected, which meant that the adopted measures were effective.
