首先对高速公路交通智能管理系统的开发进行了深入的分析和研究,并对系统要实现的具体功能进行了详细阐述并且分析了系统需要满足的性能、安全等方面的需求。其次,对高速公路交通智能管理信息系统的架构进行了设计。最后对路网监测、闭路电视系统和可变信息三大功能模块的实际应用进行了阐述。

This paper deeply analyzed and studied the development of highway traffic intelligent management system, described the specific functions to be realized by the system in detail, and analyzed the performance,safety and other requirements of the system. And secondly it also designed the architecture of the highway traffic intelligent management information system. Finally, it also expounded the practical application of three functional modules of network monitoring, closed-circuit television system and variable information.
