The Chahar Mongolian food culture has various connotations and unique styles and is an important part of Mongolian traditional culture.The unique food culture of the Chahar Mongolians originates from the ecological environment and the corresponding production methods of the Chahar people＇s survival and development for generations,the political and economic transformation and development in the long history,and the exchange and integration of different cultural customs.This article explores and analyzes the causes of the formation of the unique dietary culture of the Mongolian Chahar from seven aspects.
