新时代中国体育强国建设中的体育产业发展逻辑

Development Logic of Sports Industry in the Construction of China's Sports Power in the New Era

体育强国建设包括竞技体育、群众体育乃至学校体育等方方面面的发展,其中体育产业发展是加快体育强国建设、促进经济高质量发展、满足人民美好生活需要的重大举措。采用文献资料等方法对新时代中国体育强国建设中的体育产业发展逻辑进行深入探讨,主要从加快体育强国建设是新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容、体育产业发展是推动体育强国建设的内在逻辑以及新时代体育强国建设中的体育产业发展逻辑路径等3部分进行论述。提出了新时代体育强国建设中的体育产业发展逻辑路径如下:加强新时代体育强国建设中的体育产业发展战略的顶层设计和理论研究;明确把发展体育产业作为体育强国建设的新目标,夯实体育产业的地位和作用;深化体育产业领域机制体制改革,为体育产业发展创造良好条件;促进体育产业与相关产业融合发展,发挥政府、社会、市场三者协调推进;完善体育产业政策,融入国家发展战略,加强体育产业统计和监管。

The construction of sports power includes all aspects of competitive sports,mass sports and school sports. Promoting the high-quality development of sports industry is a major measure to speed up the construction of a powerful nation in sports,to promote the development of a high-quality economy and to meet the needs of a better life for the people. In view of this,we mainly use the literature review method to study on the developmental logic of sports industry in the construction of China＇s sports power in the new era. We discuss it from three aspects： accelerating the construction of the sports power is the important content of the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the development of the sports industry is the internal logic of promoting the construction of sports power and the logical paths of the sports industry development in the construction of the sports power in the new era. We put forward the following logical path of sports industry development in the construction of sports power： strengthen the top level design and theoretical research of sports industry development strategy in the construction of sports power in the new era; make the development of sports industry as the new goal of sports power construction,to ram the status and role of sports industry; deepen the reform of mechanism and system in sports industry to create favorable conditions for the development of sports industry; promote the integration and development of sports industry and related industries,and promote the coordinated development of the three sectors of government,society and market; improve the sports industry policy,integrate into the national development strategy,and strengthen the statistics and supervision of sports industry.
