摘要 软包锂离子电池是目前锂离子电池的主要包装形式,软包装材料的性能即铝塑膜的性能很大程度上决定了锂离子电池的安全性能。在铝塑膜的众多性能中,热封性能及外层的耐湿热性能是评价铝塑膜性能优劣的重要指标。本文从铝塑膜内层的铝箔预处理层出发,发现铝箔预处理层的厚度及交联度对以上两方面的性能影响显著,通过减薄预处理层厚度及控制预处理层的交联度,可以提高铝塑膜的封装强度改善封装后的剥离表观,提高外层的耐湿热性能。 Soft-packaging li-ion battery is the main package form of lithium-ion battery, the performance of aluminum composite film to a large extent determines the safety of lithium-ion batteries. Among the many properties of aluminum composite film, the heat-sealing performance and the outer layer anti-hygrothermal property are very important, they could evaluate the aluminum composite film. Based on the pretreatment of aluminum foil in the inner layer of aluminum composite film, it is found that the thickness and the degree of crosslinking of the pre-treated aluminum foil have a significant effect on the performance of the above two aspects. By reducing the pretreatment layer thickness and controlling the degree of crosslinking, Can improve the packaging strength of aluminum composite film to improve the peel apparent after the package, improve the resistance toanti-hygrothermal property of the outer layer.
