广东财政转型研究

The Study of Fiscal Transition in Guangdong

财政转型是经济社会转型的重要组成部分,影响着经济社会转型的进程和成效。近年来,广东财政主动适应经济社会发展需要,以财政转型促经济社会发展,取得明显成效。本文在分析广东财政转型的路径与规律基础上,总结提炼了广东财政转型的经验,并对照广东率先基本建立现代财政制度目标,提出了进一步深化财政转型的政策建议。

Fiscal transition is an important part of economic and social transition, which affects the progress and the effect of economic and social transition. In recent years, departments of finance in Guangdong takes an active part in adapting the demands of economic and social development by implementing fiscal transition, and have made prominent achievement. This paper analyses the path and laws of Guangdong fiscal transition, summarizes the experience, and proposes the suggestions of promotion of fiscal transition according to the goal to take the lead in setting up modem fiscal system in Guangdong.
