亚麻织物无氟防水整理工艺及性能研究 被引量:4

Study of Fluorine Free Water-proof Finishing Process for Flax Fabric and the Properties of the Fabrics

摘要 本文分析了亚麻织物的性能和特点,研究了无氟防水剂NR-8700浓度、p H和焙烘时间工艺条件对亚麻织物防水等级、织物断裂强力、耐摩擦牢度以及耐洗色牢度性能指标的影响。试验表明:防水剂NR-8700为50 g/L、p H6和焙烘温度150℃时亚麻织物表面性能的改变满足技术要求,防水等级可达90分,且综合性能优良,从而扩大了亚麻织物的应用领域。 In this study, properties of flax fabrics were investigated firstly. Meanwhile, the effect of the concentration of the fluorine free waterproof agent NR-8700, pH, and curing time on water proof grade, breaking strength, and rubbing fastness of the flax fabrics were studied. The results show that the performance of the modified flax fabrics satisfies its practical requirement, that is, water proof grade of the flax fabrics can be up to 90 and the comprehensive performances are excellent when the concentration of the waterproof agent NR-8700 is 50 g/L, pH is 6 and curing temperature is 150 ℃. Therefore, this study broadens the application area of flax fabrics.
