The Experience of Professor YANG Jun in Treating Peripheral Facial Paralysis with Acupuncture and Moxibustion

[目的]介绍全国名老中医学术经验继承指导老师杨骏教授针灸治疗周围性面瘫的思路和经验。[方法]通过跟师学习,回顾性整理杨骏教授临床病案资料、主编书稿、文章等,研究其学术观点,总结杨骏教授针灸治疗面瘫病的诊治思想和临床经验,并举验案佐证。[结果]杨骏教授针灸治疗周围性面瘫是在中医整体观指导下,结合当代医学科学研究,形成以"针、灸、导引"为一体的临床诊疗思路。其临床治疗周围性面瘫病特色主要为:面瘫辨证、经络为主,分期论治、对证施法,导引吐纳、舒筋理气血等。验之临床,常获良效。[结论]杨教授临床治疗面瘫病综合考虑面瘫疾病发病、发展进程中的各个因素及特点,形成其特有的辨病与辨证结合的诊治思想,具有一定的临床疗效,其诊治方法值得学习。

[Objective] To introduce the instructor of the successor of the academic experience of traditional Chinese medicine the thought and experience of Professor YANG Jun＇s acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.[Methods] By learning with the teacher, Professor YANG retrospectively collected clinical records, edited and published articles on the manuscript, the academic point of view, a comprehensive analysis of teacher related medical treatment of facial paralysis, summarize Professor YANG acupuncture treatment of facial paralysis treatment thought and clinical experience.[Results] Professor YANG, acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is in the guidance of the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with modern medical science research, the formation of clinical thinking in acupuncture moxibustion and guidance ＂as a whole, the clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis has the main features： facial paralysis syndrome, meridian; stage of treatment, when casting; breathing exercises.Shujin Qi and other＂. Supplemented and perfected the academic thought of Professor YANG. [Conclusion] Professor YANG＇s clinical treatment of facial paralysis is a comprehensive consideration of the factors and characteristics of facial paralysis and its development process, forming its unique theory of diagnosis and treatment combined with disease differentiation and diagnosis. It has certain clinical curative effect, and its diagnosis and treatment are worth learning and discussing.
