《医灯续焰》内容特点与作者考证

The Characteristics of the Content and the Author's Textual Research of the Pulse Book Yi Deng Xu Yan

[目的]对脉学著作《医灯续焰》进行整理研究。[方法]采用文献学方法考证《医灯续焰》的作者和时代背景,研究《医灯续焰》的内容特点。[结果]《医灯续焰》乃清代医家潘楫所著,原书取材于宋南康紫虚隐君崔嘉彥希范所撰的《四言脉诀》,经明靳州月池子李言闻子郁删补之,更名为《四言举要》。经清代医家潘楫结合其师王绍隆的临床脉学经验和学术思想进行整理点评,更名为《医灯续焰》。其主要内容特点:(1)脉法为主,四诊合参;(2)引征广博,注释详明;(3)各科病证,内容详备。[结论]潘楫和王绍隆为清代钱塘医家,受明末清初钱塘医家讲学研经的影响,其《医灯续焰》的编撰体例和内容也充分体现时代特色,内容有较高的学术价值和临床价值。

[Objective]Research on collation the pulse book Yi Deng Xu Yan. [Method] Introduction about author, the content and historical background of Yi Deng Xu Yan through documentary scientific method. [Result]The book was written by the doctor of the Qing Dynasty PAN Ji,based on Si Yan Ju Yao.It ＇s content characteristics：（1） Pulse method and synthesis of the four diagnostic methods.（2）Citing classics and detailed annotations.（3）Pulse syndrome of various diseases.[Conclusion] PAN Qi and WANG Shaolong are Qian Tang doctors in the Qing Dynasty, influenced by the Qing Dynasty in Qian Tang, its compiling style and content embody the characteristics of the times, having high academic value and clinical value.
