Clinical Experiences of FANG Jianqiao's Treatment for Sleep Disorder

[目的]总结方剑乔教授针药联合耳穴治疗睡眠障碍的临床经验,以更好地传承与创新。[方法]通过对方剑乔教授著作、论文的研究,聆听教诲,典型医案的收集、整理,以及临证思路、辨证规律的探究,总结其治疗睡眠障碍的临证经验,并以一则验案佐证。[结果]方教授治疗睡眠障碍,尊古参今,认为睡眠障碍是阴阳失调所致,与自主神经紊乱有着密切关系,临床需从"调和阴阳,调补心脾"论治,以针灸配合中药调补,再辅以耳穴刺激调节自主神经功能。针刺讲究无痛进针,适度得气,循序渐进,以沟通任督,平衡阴阳;中药分三型遣方选药,继而辅之以耳穴压豆调节自主神经系统,三法联用治疗睡眠障碍,取得良好临床疗效。[结论]方教授临证经验丰富,其缜密的睡眠障碍三法联用的诊疗思维,值得传承与推广。

[Purpose] To summarize Professor FANG Jianqiao＇s clinnical experience of sleep disorders. [Method] To study and research Professor FANG Jianqiao＇s papers and books, to follow his guidance, to collect and arrange typical cases record, and his method of TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs,by these methods to summarize Professor FANG Jianqiao＇s clinical experience in sleep disorders of traditional Chinese medicine. [Result] Based on the theories of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, Professor FANG Jianqiao believes the imbalance of Yin and Yang and somatoform autonomic dysfunction are the common pathological basis of sleep disorders. Professor FANG Jianqiao＇s treatment of sleep disorders uses acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine, assisted by auricular point pressing. His needling method requires inserting needle without pain and treating disease with moderate needling sensation. The stimulation intensity should be selected based on different characteristics of patients. All patients are divided into three types to guide the selecting of prescription. All these treatments are applied to regulate Ren and Du meridians, balance Yin and Yang to achieve best clinical effects. [Conclusion] Professor FANG Jianqiao has not only profound knowledge of diagnosis and treatment, but also rich experience in treatment of Chinese medicine disease. His clinical experience academic is quite innovative, has formed a relatively rigorous thought of diagnosis and treatment, the academic thought and clinical experience is worthy of inheritance and promotion.
