滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮用于先兆流产的疗效观察

Observation of efficacy of Zishen Yutai pill combined with progesterone on threatened abortion

目的探讨滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法 100例先兆流产患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用黄体酮进行治疗,观察组患者采用滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮进行治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果及治疗前后临床指标变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.0%,明显高于对照组的76.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者P、E2和β-HCG水平明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对先兆流产患者进行治疗时采用黄体酮联合滋肾育胎丸,起到了很好的治疗效果,值得在临床治疗的过程中推广使用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Zishen Yutai pill combined with progesterone on threatened abortion. Methods A total of 100 threatened abortion patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with progesterone, and the observation group was treated with Zishen Yutai pill. The clinical treatment effect and clinical indicator changes before and after treatment between the two groups was compared. Results The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 92.0% than 76.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in progesterone（P）, estradiol（E2） and β-human chorionic gonadotropin（β-HCG）（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had obviously better P, E2 and β-HCG level than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of progesterone and Zishen Yutai pill shows excellent treatment effect for threatened abortion patients, and it is worthy of promotion and application during clinical treatment.
