分析个体化护理对于胆结石手术护理患者的临床效果

Analysis of the clinical effect of individualized nursing for patients with gallstone surgery

目的分析个性化护理应用于胆结石手术患者的效果。方法 84例胆结石手术患者,按照手术进行时间的先后顺序分为观察组和参照组,每组42例。参照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用个性化护理干预。观察对比两组患者的护理满意度和护理后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果观察组的护理满意度为92.86%,明显高于参照组的76.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的SAS评分和SDS评分分别为(20.35±1.36)、(21.43±2.36)分,均明显低于参照组的(38.24±1.20)、(36.45±3.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胆结石手术患者进行个性化护理,可缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁,提高患者的护理满意度,临床效果较为显著,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing for patients with gallstone surgery. Methods A total of 84 patients with gallstone surgery were divided by surgery order into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group received individualized nursing intervention. Observation and comparison were made on nursing satisfaction, self-rating depression scale（SDS） score and self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） score between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction as 92.86% than 76.19% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the observation group had SAS and SDS score respectively as（20.35±1.36） and（21.43±2.36） points, which were all obviously lower than（38.24±1.20） and（36.45±3.45） points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing for patients with gallstone surgery shows remarkable clinical effect, and it can relieve the anxiety and depression of patients and improve their nursing satisfaction with high application value.
