研究家庭访视护理对社区老年高血压患者服药遵从行为及家庭功能的影响

Study on effect of family visiting nursing on the drug compliance behaviour and family function of community elderly hypertensive patients

目的探究社区老年高血压患者接受家庭访视护理对其服药遵从行为和家庭功能产生的影响。方法 76例老年高血压患者,应用随机数表法分为参照组和访视组,每组38例。参照组患者仅接受常规护理干预,访视组患者在参照组护理基础上接受家庭访视。比较两组患者干预前后服药遵从行为评分及家庭功能评分。结果干预前,两组患者服药遵从行为评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,访视组患者服药遵从行为评分明显优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组家庭功能总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,访视组患者家庭功能总分为(6.9±1.7)分,明显高于参照组的(6.1±2.3)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区老年高血压患者接受家庭访视护理有助于规范其服药遵从行为,同时可使患者的家庭功能得到改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of family visiting nursing on the drug compliance behaviour and family function of community elderly hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 76 elderly hypertensive patients were divided by random number table method into control group and visiting group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the visiting group received family visiting on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on drug compliance behaviour and family function score before and after intervention between the two groups. Results Before intervention, both groups had no statistically significant difference in drug compliance behaviour（P〉0.05）. After intervention, the visiting group had obviously better drug compliance behaviour than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before intervention, both groups had no statistically significant difference in overall family function score（P〉0.05）. After intervention, the visiting group had obviously higher overall family function score as（6.9±1.7） points than（6.1±2.3） points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The family visit nursing in community elderly hypertensive patients can help to standardize their drug compliance behavior and improve their family function.
