参芪扶正注射液改善乳腺癌辅助内分泌治疗相关疲乏症状的临床研究

Shenqi Fuzheng injection in adjuvant endocrine therapy to improve the related fatigue symptom of breast cancer

目的 探讨参芪扶正注射液在乳腺癌辅助内分泌治疗中改善患者疲乏的效果.方法 选取2016年11月至2017年11月解放军沈阳军区总医院全军肿瘤诊治中心肿瘤科收治的40例行乳腺癌术后患者,随机将40例患者分为联合治疗组和内分泌治疗组.内分泌治疗组予以安慰剂治疗.联合治疗组在完成辅助化学治疗后,开始辅助内分泌治疗前,进行疲乏情况评估,并在开始内分泌治疗时应用参芪扶正注射液250 ml/d,连续7 d,每28 d为1个评估周期,进行4个周期.观察比较两组患者疲乏情况的改善效果.结果 联合治疗组患者与内分泌治疗组患者在治疗2周期后,有疲乏与无疲乏的患者总数比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗4周期后,有疲乏与无疲乏的患者总数比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 乳腺癌术后辅助化学治疗患者在进行内分泌治疗的同时给予参芪扶正注射液可以缓解疲乏倦怠等不适,提高患者的生活质量.

Objective To investigate the effect of the Shenqi Fuzheng injection in adjuvant endo-crine therapy to improve the related fatigue symptom of breast cancer. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 40 cases of postoperative breast patients from November 2016 to November 2016. Patients were divided into the combined treatment group and the endocrine therapy group. Patients in the endocrine therapy group were given placebo. The others in the combined treatment group after the completion of adju-vant chemotherapy and before adjuvant endocrine therapy evaluation the fatigue symptom,at the beginning of endocrine therapy were given Shenqi Fuzheng injection in dose of 250 ml/day,continuous 7 days,each e-valuation cycle including 28 days,in total of 4 cycles. The improvement of fatigue symptom was compared between the both groups. Results The patients of two groups had no statistically significant difference in fatigue symptom after treatment of 2 cycles（P〉0. 05）. While they had statistically significant difference in fatigue symptom after treatment of 4 cycles （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection can relief the fatigue symptom and improve the life quality of postoperative breast cancer patients who undergoing ad-juvant endocrine therapy after chemotherapy.
