摘要
目的分析急性喉炎患儿T淋巴细胞亚群与正常体检儿童之间差异性,探讨小儿急性喉炎发病初期T淋巴细胞亚群的变化规律。方法选取无其他免疫系统疾病且符合诊断标准的急性喉炎患儿87例,年龄0.3~14岁;另选取同期体检结果正常的健康儿童66例,年龄0.5~13岁。采集患儿血液样本,检测淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞计数(WBC),比较其检测值与健康儿童的体检结果。结果急性喉炎患儿CD8^+T淋巴细胞、CRP及WBC含量分别为52.66%、84.79 mg/L及80.44×109/L,健康儿童分别为73.48%、52.47 mg/L及58.23×109/L,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性喉炎患儿CD4^+T淋巴细胞及CD4^+/CD8^+比值分别为54.36%、66.18,健康儿童分别为69.23%、58.13,经比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿急性喉炎可引起T淋巴细胞亚群CD8^+升高,CRP、WBC检测值降低,其检测结果可指导临床正确应用免疫调节剂以及抗生素,改善患儿预后。
Objective To investigate the differences in T lymphocyte subsets between children with acute laryngitis and in normal, and the change rule of T lymphocyte subsets in the early stage of a- cute laryngitis in children. Methods A total of 87 children with acute laryngitis who were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria and had no other immune system diseases were selected, and 66 healthy chil- dren with normal physical examination at the same time were selected. The blood smaples were collected, and the lymphocyte subsets (CD4+ , CD8 + , CD4 +/CD8 + ), C-reactive protein (CRP) and white blood cell court (WBC) were detected and compared with healthy children's physical examination resuts. Results The content of CD8 + T lymphocyte, CRP and WBC in children with acute laryngitis were 52. 66%, 84. 79 mg/L and 80. 44×10^9/L respectively, while those in healthy children were 73.48% , 52. 47 mg/L and 58.23 ×10^9/L, and the differences were significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The CD4+ T lympho- cyte and the ratios of CD4 +/CD8 +in children with acute laryngitis were 54. 36% and 66. 18 respective- ly, and those in healthy children were 69.23% and 58. 13 respectively. The differences were not signifi- cant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Acute laryngitis in children can cause the increase of T lymphocyte sub- group CD8 + and the decrease of CRP and WBC detection value. The results can guide the correct use of immunomodulators and antibiotics in clinic, and improve the prognosis of children.
