摘要
目的探讨HER2阳性胃腺癌的临床病理学特征。方法收集58例HER2阳性胃腺癌患者的临床资料，免疫组织化学（IHC）检测患者HER2的表达情况，观察并分析其临床病理学特征。结果HER2阳性与是否为早期胃癌或进展期胃癌无相关性（P〉0．05）；HER2阳性与Lauren分型和淋巴结有无转移有相关性（P〈0．05）。结论胃癌HER2阳性与淋巴结有无转移有关，且HER2阳性可以作为肠型胃癌患者的独立预后参考指标。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics of HER2-positive gas- tric cancer. Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of gastric cancers were collected. HER2 expression was detected by immunohistoehemistry （IHC）, and the clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results The expression of HER2 expression was not correlated with the early stage gastric cancer or ad- vanced gastric cancer（P 〉 0. 05 ）. The expression of HER2 expression was correlated with Lauren typing and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions HER2-positive is correlated with lymph node me- tastasis in gastric cancer, and HER2 positive can be used as an independent prognostic indicator for pa- tients with intestinal twe -astric cancer.
