摘要
单光子发射型计算机断层显像(SPECT)心肌灌注显像(MPI)作为一种无创的影像学检查技术,已被广泛应用于冠心病的诊断、危险分层、预后评估和疗效评价等方面,为临床决策提供指导依据。但是传统Anger型SPECTMPI因其注射显像剂剂量大、成像时间长、所获图像空间分辨率较低及很难进行绝对定量分析(如心肌血流储备测定)等缺点,制约着冠心病的准确诊断和进一步的临床使用。近年来,随着碲锌镉(CZT)半导体探测器的心脏专用SPECT的投入,有望能够克服上述传统SPECT的不足。本文主要通过与传统MPI成像方法的回顾与对比,对CZTSPECT心脏专用机的心肌灌注成像方法的现状与进展进行综述。
Single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)myocardial perfusion imaging ( MPI), as a non-invasive imaging technology, has been widely applied in clinical practice for diagnosis of coronary artery disease ( CAD), risk stratification, evaluation of the prognosis and therapeutic efficiency. But the traditional Anger SPECT has some noted limitations, such as relatively a large amount of adminis- tered radiation doses, prolonged imaging time, lower spatial resolution and hardly performing quantative analysis [ such as coronary folw reserve (CFR) ] , which restrict precise diagnosis for CAD and its further clinical applications. In recent years, the dedicated cardiac SPECT equipped with cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) semiconductor detector is brought into the clinic, and this new device is able to make up the limi- tations above. Comparing with the traditional MPI imaging protocols, this article reviewed the current situ- ation of the imaging methods and related research progresses of the dedicated cardiac CZT SPECT.
