松子仁油中磷脂成份的研究

Studies on the Content and Composition of Phospholipids from Pinus ssp Kernel Oil

应用原子吸收光谱法测定总磷脂成份含量,薄层扫描法分析磷脂组成份磷布。结果显示,松子仁总磷脂含量约为0.75％～0.81％,含7种磷脂组分,主要为脂酰胆碱(45.5％～49.1％),磷脂酰乙醇胺(27.4％～28.3％)和磷脂酸(17.4％～20.7％)。

In this paper, atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) was used to determine the total phospholipid content and TLC-densitometric method was used to analysed the phospholipid composition of oil from semen of Pinus ssp. The result showed that the semen contain about 0.75%-0.81% total phospholipids and 7 kinds of phospholipids, the main composition are phosphatidylcholine (45.5%-49.1%), phosphatidylethanolamine (27.4%-28 .3%) and phosphatidic acid(l7.4%-20.7%).
