2012-2016年湖南省某三甲妇幼医院就诊量变化分析

Analysis of variation of numbers of outpatients from 2012 to 2016 at a first-class grade 3 women and children's health care hospital of Hunan province

目的探讨妇幼医院患者的门急诊量变化趋势和科室分布规律。方法收集2012-2016年妇幼医院的医疗质量与安全管理数据,利用时间序列数据季节指数法进行统计分析。结果患者就诊量呈现逐年增长趋势;门急诊的月季节指数分析表明1~2月为淡季,门诊旺季为3月、5月、8月和12月,而急诊旺季在5~7月;就诊患者主要集中在妇科、产科、儿童保健科和遗传科。结论医院管理者应根据就诊量季节变化规律和分布情况合理调配人力资源及设置医疗科室,从而提升妇幼医院的接待服务能力。

Objective To understand the variation of outpatients and department distribution at women and children＇s health care hospital. Methods Annual statistic data of medical quality and safety management from 2012 to 2016 at a first class grade 3 women and children＇s health care hospital were collected. Time series season index method was analyzed the data. Results The number of out-patients had been increasing from 2012 to 2016. The monthly season index showed that January and February were the off-season time. The busty seasons of outpatient clinic were March,May,August and December. The busy season of emergency was from May to July. Analysis of the department distribution suggested that the patients were mainly from the departments of gynecology,obstetrics,child health care and genetics. Conclusions The hospital managers should adjust the medical resources according to the rule of variation of outpatients and department distribution.
